It includes a 3-point adjustable harness (size L-XL), a 25 ft. vertical lifeline made of 5/8” diameter high-strength Polysteel rope with a snap hook on the anchor end and heat shrink cover on the other end, a 3 ft. shock-absorbing rope grab assembly, and a reusable hinged roof anchor.
